My name is Daniel Rosser, I am from Sydney Australia and I am very interested in developing video games.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Games Development at the University of Technology Sydney.

I previously finished a Diploma in Games Development at Hornsby TAFE with a Distinction grade.

Games Development

I have been involved in creating two major games while studing for my games development diploma.

The first game is a 2D game named 'Format Frenzy' which was created in a team of four in my first year of my diploma and was programmed in C++ and made using SDL.

The second game is a 3D game named 'Mall Rush' which was created in a team of four in my second year of my diploma and was programmed in C++ and made using OGRE , Nvidia Physx, Raknet and FMOD.

I am passionate about games programming and am very interested in Game Engine Architecture, Shaders and Rendering Techniques, Physics, AI, Level Editors etc.

I am a fully qualified web designer and have skills in:
PHP, XHTML, CSS (Styles), SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, Graphics, Logos and interactive Flash.

I am a qualified programmer in object-orienated development and my languages include C++, Java, PHP, C#.

My main focus is definitely programming for games however I do like to make applications, so if you are in need of an application or interested in developing one please send me an e-mail.

I am confident in making 3D models and animations.

My main experience has been with using Cinema4D.

I have created two 3D animations myself and worked on a 3D walkthrough of a library with a group of thirteen other students.
